The Nayaxvend Cashless Payment & Telemetry System has a wide array of alerts and notifications which can be received by sms or email.

Alerts can be configured to be sent to all relevant personnel, including route refilling agents.
This enables quick responses to critical alerts and the ability to efficiently add the machine(s) in question to the following day's schedule.

Among the many kinds of alerts available are:
Power down
Power up
No machine communication for over one or twenty four hours
No cashless and/or cash transactions for over one or twenty four hours.
Dex failure
Door open/closed
Temperature above/below limit.
Machine not active
Inventory levels
