Executive & Managerial Dashboard
In today’s fast paced business environment, the ability to view a snapshot of operations on a single page is a great convenience.
Our online dashboard is an executive & managerial tool that displays important information and metrics at a glance.
Upon loading, the dashboard immediately displays performance information showing the total revenue from cashless payments amounts for the various cashless payment instruments in use. The total amount of transactions for each payment method is also displayed.
This is a useful tool for making income comparisons for the above periods.
Additionally, a monthly sales graph, broken down by days is also displayed.
With one quick click on a tab, the dashboard displays the last twenty transactions showing the amounts, transaction time, machine location and cashless payment instrument used.
Another quick click will show all machines in the system that have experienced errors in a number of categories over the past 24, 48 or 72 hours. These are:
Critical Errors, No Cashless Sales, No Cash Sales, No DEX Reads, No Periodic Polling, No Telephone Number Listed
In accordance with our hierarchical permissions features, information is restricted to what is needed for personnel to perform their duties. In other words, a route manager will only have access to machines in that specific route.
As an added convenience, all dashboard information is exportable in Excel, CSV, XML & PDF formats.
